The wall of one star reviews really got me concerned, although I have to say they were spotless: the tracking seemed accurate, two boys carried it up to my first floor flat and even apologized for the bit of dirt under the box (which was from my front garden). Delivered right within my two-hour slot without any dents nor damage to the box. I'm very satisfied with the delivery service.
